GP practices are asked to carry out a Friends and Family Test with their patients to gain feedback based on recent experiences of the GP Practice's service and how patients rate the service.
If we have an up to date mobile number for you, you will receive a text message after your appointment asking you to complete the Friends & Family Test. You may also be asked at the end of a consultation to complete a test and post in the Friends and Family Test box in the waiting area.
