In April 2023, we had 110 appointments that were not attended. 93.4% of patient attended their booked appointments. Appointments are at a premium and missed appointments could have been used by another patient if we are given adequate notice that the appointment was no longer required. If you need to cancel your appointment, you can call us on 01204 523716, text CANCEL back to your reminder text or visit the practice in person. This help us to maximise appointment availability in the future. 

Pride in Practice (LGBTQ+)

The practice is trained by representatives from the LGBTQ+ Foundation and are assessed by them. 

Dr Uddin & Dr Anwar achieved Pride in Practice Silver Award to celebrate their dedication to delivering an excellent service to all patients. ‘Pride in Practice’ is a programme established by the LGBT foundation which works with GP practices alongside other healthcare providers to ensure lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans (LGBT) people have access to inclusive healthcare which understands as well meets the needs of the LGBT community.”

The Pride in Practice award demonstrates the practice’s commitment and dedication to ensuring a fully inclusive patient-centred service.
